1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website and the ADHD Planner browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by the individual owner and operator Simon Kudnov ("we," "us," or "our").

2. User Content and Data

Our Service allows you to create tasks, brain dumps, and schedules ("User Content").

• Your Ownership: You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over it.
• Local Storage: Unlike cloud-based services, all User Content created within the ADHD Planner extension is stored entirely locally on your device via your browser's Local Storage. We do not transmit, sync, or access your tasks on our servers.
• Your Responsibility: Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for ensuring you do not lose your data (e.g., if you clear your browser cache).

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Service is a productivity and organizational tool designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The core ADHD Planner extension is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future, all payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor, and separate terms regarding refunds and billing will apply.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
• Using any automated system, such as "bots" or "spiders," to interact with our landing page or API in a malicious manner.

6. Termination

You can stop using our Service at any time simply by uninstalling the browser extension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service (e.g., by revoking the extension from the web store) if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING LOCAL STORAGE ERASURE), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
